Proven, PLC Controller for Compressed Air Dryers

AirStarDC is a proven, robust control solution for air compressor dryers built on Allen-Bradley PLCs. This system is completely supportable with your own resources. This familiar PLC technology has no Case Controls proprietary components.

AirStarDC completely automates the dryer, cycling based on demand for energy management. Well conceived, straight forward screens provide the operator with detailed machine performance information. The screens provide the tools needed to troubleshoot, along with adding additional I/O components to the system.

The system has been developed all dryer types and provides a common interface for operators. All system data is available for remote access for existing connected enterprise.
